  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If customer receives a damaged or defective product, they can request a replacement or a refund.
    • To initiate this process, you should contact our customer support team within 30 days of product delivery.
    • Provide a clear photo showing the issue to expedite the resolution.
    • Refunds will be issued within 10-15 Days.
  2. Wrong Size or Color:
    • Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not supported.
    • If the customer ordered the wrong size or color, they won’t be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  3. Unsuccessful Delivery:
    • In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you have two options:
      • Replacement with Extra Charge: You can opt for a replacement with an additional fee.
      • Partial Refund: Alternatively, a partial refund.
